Ruddington ‘Wakes’ Funfair

This annual, traditional, Funfair is called Ruddington ‘Wakes’ and the 5-day family event continues at the weekend. It starts from 2pm on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of June at Sellors’ Playing Field/Recreation Ground, alongside Wilford Road.

If you live in Ruddington, walking to the Funfair is recommended. For those not in the village there’s some free onsite parking. Alternatively, except on Sunday, you can catch NCT’s Navy 3 bus service direct to the fair alighting at Paget Crescent bus stop. The Green 10 bus takes you as far as the village centre and back in the evenings and on Sunday.
